Ether Methacrylates

The favorable solution properties of ether functionality are combined with high momer reactivity. Unbranched ether methacrylates behave as internal plasticizers and provide polymers with very low glass transition temperatures. due to their low volatility, these moomers can be used as reactive diluents for reactive systems. Long polyether side chains make the coresponding polymers water-soluble and capable of ion chelation.
